Ryan is a founding team member of Declare. At the forefront of client experience and engagement, Ryan loves learning about Declare members’ latest deal wins, or job promotions. She joined Declare Lead in September 2016 and has overseen member growth from day one. Ryan designs and implements strategic, goal-driven client service for our corporate partners in alignment with Declare’s mission. She has leveraged Declare’s new digital platform to support its community through content, real-time networking, and resource access.
Born and raised on the East End of Long Island, Ryan is a defender of our oceans, bays and beaches. She co-founded Wake-up Wednesday, a weekly beach clean up from Southampton to Montauk, while promoting local businesses. Ryan has traveled extensively, including a 3 month solo backpacking adventure throughout Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. She finds balance with SoulCycle, yoga, family and friends. She is an alumna of Ole Miss.
Rachel is the Director of Marketing Communications at Declare. With a background in writing and entertainment and previous roles across the country, Rachel brings with her a unique perspective.
With a passion for social justice and an honors degree in English and Creative Writing from Skidmore College, Rachel is proud to add her voice to those leading the call for diversity in traditionally homogeneous fields. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, staying up to date on the latest TV shows, and playing with her two cats in her Brooklyn apartment.
Hailing from New York and educated in the Bay Area, Meredith’s background in fine art and photography allows her to bring a discerning eye to event design with an artistic edge. Encompassing her unique and creative perspective coupled with inspiration gleaned from her travels abroad, Meredith’s ability to realize the vision of disruptive technology companies like Twitter and mParticle have garnered her a reputation for conceptualizing and producing original and unforgettable experiences.
Meredith resides in Brooklyn with her husband and her rescue dog, Bodie.
Stephanie grew up dancing and has always loved exploring various forms of exercise. She found yoga after moving to Los Angeles from San Francisco in the summer of 2017. She was drawn to a daily practice after noticing the positive impacts yoga had on her life, both physically and mentally. She finished her 200 Hour Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga in 2018. She continued her yoga education by completing a Body Weight Yoga Sculpt training in the fall of 2019.
Stephanie is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with her students and it shows through her ability to hold space for others with a gentle and loving approach. Through the practice of yoga we are able to create a vibrant harmony of mind, body and spirit.
Jessica specializes in strategic, cross-functional organizational leadership, and interpersonal development through experiential corporate cohesion. Her refined acuity for creative, adaptive systematic reformation make her an innovative asset to UiPath, (who, Forbes stated the “world's fastest-growing enterprise software company in history and leader in robotic process automation (RPA) and AI.”) at their global headquarters, as leading their current Talent Branding Partnerships.
Originally from Alaska, her passion for entrepreneurial impact transplanted her to New York in 2014. Taking pride as a single-mother, and in desire to facilitate growth to the next generation of empowered women in business, Jessica diversifies her contributions as succeeding Harvard certified Leadership & Management; Ontological Development Coach IFC ACC (International Federation of Coaches) that she may bring towards the evolution of guidance to young professionals alike.
